You’ll start with The Tandem Signature Crab Cake, paired with our 2014 Chardonnay. Then comes the Cream of Mushroom Soup with Truffle, highlighted by local mushrooms and truffle oil, and paired with our 2011 Madrigal.

As the commercials like to say… But wait! There’s more!

Next is the delicious Tandem Caprese Salad, featuring fresh heirloom tomatoes, basil and mozzarella, and paired with our 2012 Fortissimo.

For the entrée, you have your choice of Lamb Shank Risotto, paired with our 2012 Syrah, or Blackened Salmon, paired with our 2012 Cadenza.

And for dessert, Chocolate Lava Cake, paired with our big and bold 2012 Oscuro.
