Unique Winery Business; Operations Manager (OM) – This position is no longer available.

20 years in, our founder is ready to hand the reigns over so he can spend his passions and time on the winemaking. The ideal candidate is prepared to apprentice directly with the founder to learn every aspect of the operations:

• Tasting room operations
• Sales
• Sales order management
• Netsuite
• IT (principally cloud-based)
• Regulatory compliance
• Wine and other supply chain management
• Custom label design, production, application
• Admin
• Fulfillment & Shipping

This position requires a customer-first perspective combined with a relentless attention to detail. The new OM will report directly to the new owner initially with no direct reports. Upon establishing operational control, the OM will take on direct management of the tasting room staff.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years management
• Minimum 4 year degree
• Customer service
• Sales
• Comfortable with desktop technology
• Order-entry, accounting and CRM systems
• NetSuite familiarity a plus
